It includes a section addressing ‘Privacy’ which explains how we use and protect personal information we collect and hold about you. Please take the time to read it and keep it on file. We would be happy to respond to any questions you may have.

·         Client Application Form – Please complete, sign and return (either by mail or fax). By signing this form, you simultaneously execute E*TRADE’s Terms and Conditions and their Sponsorship Agreement.

·         E*TRADE’s Term and Conditions – Please read and keep on file. Execution is by means of your signature on the Client Application Form.
